Cemento Panama S.A. chose Conconcreto Internacional for civil and electromechanical work construction of the Marine Terminal for handling of bulks, in Las Minas Bay, province of Colon, Republic of Panama. The work consisted in the accomplishment of a docking platform or wharf for the reception of cargo vessels, and disposition in warehouse and truck delivery, in agreement with the necessity of the company.
This great work included, in addition to civil works for docking platform, the access footbridge, the bases for porches of support for transporting bands, towers of transference and scale, construction for monitoring, and offices. In addition, the electromechanical assembly of four transporting bands, two towers of transference, truck scales, electrical substation of 1,000 KVA and engine control centers, among others. |
