The Project consists of the construction of the North Terminal Dock, the new dock, platforms, Access routes, administration building, remodeling of the facade, and building of the presidential chamber and of the airplane gas distribution system for the new aircraft positions.
This Project is developed in several phases, that last 15 months total:
- Construction of the North Dock Building:
- 12 new contact positions
- 1.400 m² of commercial areas
- 3.200 m² of boarding rooms
- 4.900 m² of circulation areas
- 10 walkways
- 2.000 m² of baggage claim systems
- 2.750 m² of warehouses and offices
- 20.850 m² total
- Platforms and roadway enlargement
- New Presidential Chamber
- Renovation of the main façade
- Tocumen S.A. Administration building
- New Access roads, service lanes and parking areas for the Loading Terminal
- Enlargement of the aircraft gas-distribution system
